Drawings

I still return to a simple piece of coal now and then. However, this being said, the outcome of the work is not exactly simple.

Coal drawing is the method of working that allows me to express myself in the most spontaneous way and to improvise all the time.

What attracts me about coal drawing is the light intensity that can be obtained as well as the strokes’ graphical effect.

Moreover, a special challenge lies in working with black and white only.
